The morning I went to pick up my rental at the location where I had made my reservation - 2150 w sample rd, Pompano Beach Fl, I was told that they didn’t have my rental, that I needed to go to 790 SW 12th ave also in Pompano Beach. When I get there I was told that they had no idea why I had been sent there as they had no available one way truck for me. The gentleman on duty went above and beyond to repair the mishap and sent me to the Value store it 11. The team at Value Store was amazing even as were going through some system issues, they made sure I left there with the truck rental. They were friendly and helpful.
