The reason I gave poor on location overall is bc I had to go to 4 different locations before I finally got to a location that had 1. The first address uhaul gave me was to a junkyard. The 2nd was just a storage place with boxes. The 3rd place I went just bc I knew of one close by. Then the sent me to another location on Wilson St ringgold ga. They had the truck. Then uhaul tried to overcharge me but the guy at the location called the. And fixed it. I got done what I needed the truck for so at least I had some good news. Ive rented from uhaul many times. This was the 1st time I had an issue. The man at the Wilson st. Location was awesome

Wheels need balancing badly on trailer. Was difficult to connect to trailer hitch due to weight and having to lift. If I hadn’t brought my husband I would have been unable to do it alone
April DI was told by the store owner to hook up the trailer myself. I’m a woman and not a uhaul employee. The store owner proceeded to hook the trailer up after I had to make a call to the distributon program department. I almost lost my life on the highway because the store owner did t lock the trailer down. Terrible experience
