Benjamin EThe dolly had a flat tire and the furniture dolly has a small piece of rope to pull it. The vehicle was fine, there was one piece of trash left in there. I was charged 15$ for a cleaning fee when I left it cleaner than I found it and I was afraid to use the moving blankets on my couch. The staff was super kind and friendly
Natalie Ci got charged for fuel even though i brought it back to the same level and fuelled up. when i drop off the truck it still says "overdue" after. when i edit my pickup/drop off time, the location doesnt get notified and the guy tells me im late when i did change the booking with the app in advance. the livechat doesnt work
