It was a gas station so nothing awesome helpful attendant who found my reservation without issue and we were on our way
Lawrence KI asked him to show me proof of insurance and he couldn't. All he would say yes you have it. Very frustrating was at store for over an hour!

Corey MUhaul staff, Other than not having the right size truck at the location designated online, and traveling to the proper location to pick it up, the man where we actually picked up the truck was amicable and a pleasure to do business with!
