Well, I did give them good marks on the question. It was not a great experience. The whole ordeal lasted an hour. I was wanting to get an early start and go get a car that I had bought before the heat of the day. First, the online website didn’t appear to be working. I had it completed, except for it would not take my CVC code from my credit card. I finally backed out of it completely and entered everything again, and it finally took it. I had a reserve number, but they couldn’t see it. The lady was on the phone with a man named Ricky and he couldn’t see it even though I gave him the confirmation number. He tried to call U-Haul and I’m not exactly sure who he finally did call but that person finally got it done and basically we redid everything and he actually said after we did all this the original one finally showed up. I’m not exactly sure whose fault it was. But it took up an hour of my time which I didn’t really like. The people were nice and they tried to help me, but I’m not sure where the problem lies.
