Attendant was slow and pretty lazy. These trailers are heavy and at first he wasn’t even gunna help me hook it to my truck. He really pissed me off, I would never use that location ever!

Again location was over an hour drive away each way. Was convince store with Citgo gas station. When I went in and told guy there I was returning trailer I asked where he wanted it. Didn’t offer any help or specific direction as to where. Was only one spot to put it between two trucks that were not totally in their own spaces. Had to turn around completely and then thread the needle to get it into space. No help from guy in store. Never even came out. Space was sloped forward and of course no blocking available to keep trailer from moving forward when disconnecting. Luckily I had some pieces of 2x4 in my truck otherwise would have been impossible. Had to lift very heavy tongue up and off hitch again no help which should have been two people for safety reasons. Only bright spot was guy in store apparently found my information even though I hadn’t given him any info and did fill out return receipt which I found right before I was going to do a self return. Cargo trailer itself was great and towed well with 3/4 load over 2975 miles. Tires were in good condition and only a year old which was appreciated. All lights were in good working order.
John HEverything was either broke or missing on the dolly it was missing a pin one of the straps were cut I had to use my own strap to make sure the vehicle wouldn’t fall off I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul especially the location on Elkin Hwy when returned the owner didn’t even come out to check it so he probably doesn’t realize everything wrong with it but if he rents out again somebody might get hurt
LELIA SLights on trailer did Not work , side rails were loose leaving nothing to secure load to.
Michel PStore was not open as stated online. Had to drop off trailer then make several calls to ensure that U-Haul was aware that I had returned the trailer. In addition there were no stores open Saturday afternoon or Sunday to return trailer.
