I love this store and uhaul.. it's a bonus not too travel too portland too rent one .. friendly kind and competent staff and manager of store location ... Creig couldn't be more kind and professional if he tried. I love the ease and quickness of the ability too do small light moving... and having the 15ft space too store while traveling saved on milage . . Very reasonable prices... I would tell anyone too rent here... it's definitely the best experience I have ever had in this department of need.
amy SI had a serious problem with the latch of the door of the truck, they knowingly rented it to me anyway however they said they contacted uhaul and you all did nothing about it. This is disappointing as I am a regular customer for my business and will. I will be taking that elsewhere. I am still waiting on a call from unaul to discuss.

Mary HThe pricing is complete false advertising. None of the details are explained to you up front about what the actual pricing is. Used a 10ft truck for 3 hours and got charged $136. It was my first time using U-Haul and I won’t ever be using again.
