First Why do I have to provide a secondary phone number and when I used our home phone they asked for another number. Then I'm supposed to take pictures of the van and plate and record mileage. By the way I'm not on your payrole. The odometer was not available because it was blocked by change engine oil soon. Then when I asked for a receipt for the rental the response was you'll get an email. God help us if someone today has to do something to appease the customer instead of making the service providers role easier. I had less trouble buying my last vehicle.

Rose AI reserved a 15 ft truck two and a months before I needed it. You all called me and said the 15th book truck was not available and this was a week before I was going to rent it they offered me a 20 foot trailer same price but that would been too big I ended up taking a 10 foot truck which was a little dirty and had a rubber burning smell when driving it hopefully I won't need to rent another U-Haul truck for a while.
