Everything was great but didn’t expect to be charged a whole 2nd day for returning the truck at 5:45-6:00pm. The Uhaul App was down so I couldnt do a mobile return so I just put the key in the dropbox at 6pm.

Ethan KFirst Why do I have to provide a secondary phone number and when I used our home phone they asked for another number. Then I'm supposed to take pictures of the van and plate and record mileage. By the way I'm not on your payrole. The odometer was not available because it was blocked by change engine oil soon. Then when I asked for a receipt for the rental the response was you'll get an email. God help us if someone today has to do something to appease the customer instead of making the service providers role easier. I had less trouble buying my last vehicle.
