It took the guy about 45 minutes to figure out how to get into the system and get me the truck. He had no idea what he was doing. Then when I finally get the truck the back tire was low on pressure, something he was aware of before. He pumped air into it which took another 10 minutes. Then he overcharged me on the fuel surcharge. He claims I brought back the truck with less gas than I took it but it's not true. He had just put more gas on the original contract. As you can see I barely drove the truck. I just needed to pick up a couple of boxes. When I came back, again he had no idea what he was doing... A bad experience overall.... I would not recommend him or the location. As a matter of fact, I didn't rent originally from this location, Uhaul called me and asked if I would switch to help this guy out....
