Truck cab and windows were not clean. Truck box had not been swept and was stained with dried fluid substance that held dirt and dust. We mopped the floor three times to remove the bulk of the residue. The 84 pads we rented were literally thrown, unfolded, into a pile on the sidewalk outside the front door of the "store". (Photo available.) The agent was barely willing to be bothered with fulfilling the rental.
JAMES RFriendly service and very nice. The truck was dirty need to be wiped down and vacuum. Dog hair and dirty mats.
KIMANI GPlease train the person at the desk better. I was second in line out of 11 people , he had me step to the side and let all the other customers that were there for the convenience store go before he helped me with the U-Haul reservation. When all I had to do was show confirmation. And I had to wait for a half hour. It was very disrespectful and rude.
