Nothing everything was was good
GILBERTO GThe truck was falling apart. The ball joints were damaged along with the wheel bearings causing the vehicle to sway back and forth, the steering wheel violently shook and pulled hard to the right after the first 100 miles. The front tires were wearing on the side walls and were bulging out on the verge of popping after 700 miles. It was a very uncomfortable and unsafe drive across the country. The location was fine and the employee was professional. However, the truck that we received should not have been given to anyone. It was truly a terrible and unsafe experience.

RAMIRO MTruck cab and windows were not clean. Truck box had not been swept and was stained with dried fluid substance that held dirt and dust. We mopped the floor three times to remove the bulk of the residue. The 84 pads we rented were literally thrown, unfolded, into a pile on the sidewalk outside the front door of the "store". (Photo available.) The agent was barely willing to be bothered with fulfilling the rental.
