Small location, employee just pointed to the parking lot and said "your truck is out front your trailer is out back" The truck was easy enough to find by reading the equipment number off the key tag. The trailer was never specified until the worker reluctantly came out to point out the trailer. The trailer hitch lock was broken and when I notified the worker he said "just take any one of them" he didn't want the equipment number or anything, so I left with a random trailer hoping that everything would work out when I got to my destination 800 miles away. Thankfully it did.

Jason WAllow the gate to be able to accept a customer's code for 24 hours rather than till 10:00 p.m. People who are moving don't always arrive at the time you're open, so being able to access ones storage unit would be very beneficial

JESUS STruck was disgusting both inside cab and in the box. Cab smelled of urine. Interior was sticky. Box had sticky stains, dust and debris. Location was sketch, staff acted as if they had better things to do. Definitely would not recommend this location to a friend. In fact, this was not our preferred location. We reserved with a location in Broomfield, 1 mile from our home. Instead we get directed 10 miles away to a sketch location. With the cost of gas, this was unacceptable. Why does Uhaul allow you to reserve at a specified location and then move the pick up far away??
