We initially reserved a 10' truck only to be told later that there were non available so we were upgraded to a 15' truck at no cost. Then the pick up location was changed. They did not have the specific dolly we had requested, but were provided 2 of another type (at no extra cost). All of these things were minor problems as, in the long run, the equipment was perfect for our particular move.
