Let customer know that if they have a tow dolly to return, they should go to a full-service location. I was turned away at the first two locations...they could not take my car off the tow-dolly. Was then directed to a full-service location which WAS helpful. Other than that, we had a great experience with U-Haul.

The only problem I had was the u-haul rep did not check the lights after hooking up the trailer. I had no brake or signal lights. I called customer service, reference #1249366. Took trailer to another location, they could not fix lights, but they did try and were very helpful. I ended up fixing the lights myself. Otherwise the experience was good.

While the truck performed exactly like it was supposed to, the owner of this Pawn shop, Mack, was the most arrogant and rude individual. We filled the truck up with over $30 of gas and filled it beyond where it was sitting when we picked it up. We brought it back in a rain storm. He proceeded to insist the truck was not where it was supposed to be on gas. He was going to charge me $16 more dollars for additional gas. I had to leave in the pouring down rain drive that big truck across the street and add 2 gallons of gas to it and then return it. He was so arrogant and disrespectful. I can gaurantee that we will NEVER consider using them again and furthermore, we will share our experience with anyone who inquires!

I wasn't aware that they didn't accept returns until 9 a.m. I only had to wait 20 minutes, but if I arrived earlier it would have been too long of a wait.

I have a $43.50 charge that was added and I don't know why! I drove to my listed location, to the gas station to put EXACTLY the same amount of gas it had when I got it, and across to the drop-off location. It was closed so I took a picture of miles and gas amount.

When someone has a reservation, the workers need to actually be there to fulfill that reservation. I had to reschedule my reservation, which put me in a tremendous predicament, because the manager "overslept" pushing my packing back 4 hours. This ultimately led to me having to leave a full day late than when I was supposed to. Totally unacceptable!

Picking it up was good but dropping it off wasn't. I did not like that fact that everything was unclear & I feel as if I didn't get enough information about the rental. I was charged 3 days & I only had it 2 days. I didn't really understand the reason for that. I returned it late but I feel as if once I got there, I should have been checked instead of 2 to 3 hours later forcing me to pay another day for rental.

I always have the worst experience with U-Haul scheduling. I never received another email or any other communications from U-Haul after I made my reservation. I called 3 times within 2 weeks leading up to my pickup. Everytime I called I was assured my rental would be available. I even called with 2 hours of my pickup and all was ok. Then when I called within 5 minutes of my pickup I was not on the schedule. What a JOKE!! I was told to call 1-800-uhaul and then I was promptly disconnected after 5 minutes and had to call back. Once again I had to call back and go through the whole scheduling disaster again. The call was transferred again and then all of the SUDDEN the truck was available. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never use U-Haul again.

I booked my truck online for pickup at 8am and hired movers for 9am. A representative called me at 6:30 pm the night before to tell me I couldn't get any truck until 4pm. This is unacceptable! I should not be able to book a truck if there isn't one available. Further I should have been informed at least 24 hours before about this situation.
