The trailer rented was rusty and brakes appeared to need maintenance. I only rented from this location due to availibility

It was just a drop off. We were not sure where to park and we had to walk around the building to find the key drop box. We did not see anyone there on property. It was fine for drop off so I would recommend the location b/c it was easy to find.
Mark HThe location is filthy, I’m talking cobwebs and dust like a horror movie. The guns might be off putting or scary to some as well, but it is a pawn shop so it is to be expected. I was given the wrong pickup address and taken to a gravel lot with a sign that said “This is NOT a U-haul!!!” Originally before calling to confirm correct address.
