I think you and your crappy system are just a bunch of scammers. When I called to make a reservation, I booked a car for around 1pm for around $19.95 per day. I was at the car location at 1pm, but because of your broken system, I received the car at around 6pm. Do you expect 5 stars for waiting 6 hours and dealing with your broken system? Then, because of your broken system, I was unable to deliver the car early, so I called customer service to extend it for another two hours, but they said it was not possible and we had to extend it for another whole day. I agreed under duress, and they told me that I had to pay $85 more. I protested, and the reasons I gave were so logical that they understood and told me that you would pay $37 for another day. I accepted, but today, when I was supposed to drop off the car at 5 p.m., and of course I was at the delivery location at 1 p.m. and delivered it, the person who was delivering the car said that I had to pay $280, and this is a systematic fraud over the internet and phone. I will not argue with anyone, but I called my lawyer directly, explained everything in detail, gave him all the snapshots and photos I had, and he explained that under these strict conditions of Trump's financial laws, you have a case, so if money is withdrawn from my account outside of what was told to me on the phone, which of course I have given the lawyer a record of, the case will be activated and I will report these phone and internet scams of yours to the ICE and FBI police, they will be able to uncover all your scams and will plow through all your other details, I know that no one has the patience for this, and you are also abusing this matter, but I will follow up until the end. If you do not want your company to be publicized and introduced as a fraud in the public media and lose your credibility, you will not withdraw from my account except for the $37 we agreed upon. Otherwise, I will follow up on the matter with full seriousness and put a stop to your fraud. The people of the community are experiencing very difficult economic conditions, and in this situation, you are unfairly making the conditions more difficult for the people of the community with these frauds and creating an atmosphere for public pressure and demonstrations
