Truck wasn’t ready and wouldn’t let me have the other 15 ft truck had to settle for 10ft truck was hard on me and my crew helping load truck.

After a large snow storm, the trailers were buried in ice covered snow. The owners did eventually clear it for me, but this made me an hour late. Other- make sure you have a 2” ball hitch and a connector that goes from your truck connection to the trailer. Theirs is only the four pin wire. I hade to purchase the additional connector to use the trailer. The men working were polite and helpful. The trailers should have been cleared and ready for use.
KENNETH STell the customer the cost per mile, he didn't tell us. The truck smelled like weed, 80 miles of sitting in the truck with that smell & my son found some of a joint in the truck & threw it out before the trip. They put a hold on my credit card for $188.00, the bill was $158.00 & when my husband told him about the smell of the truck he said he would give him back $30 for the problem. He didn't tell my husband that the bill was $30 less. I expect to hear from someone soon about this.
