Like renting here. Convenient and easy as I have rented here before. Management is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Everything is connected and checked out before you leave. Reasonably priced, much better than a costly purchase you need to store. .

The customer service was amazing: I expressed a desire to downsize to the smallest trailer, and I was helped in that regard: The customer service rep allowed me to do this (after checking the schedule to ensure no other customer was inconvenienced) and I was much happier and safer with a smaller trailer! Many thanks and I will try and use this service again.
