ERLAND BAlthough, we cleaned the van to a very high standard, the person to whom we returned the vehicle accused us of damaging the electronics. John and Scotty never gave us a hard time and even praised the good condition upon return. This different person stated he wanted "to see how much to charge/fine us' Since I had paid the damage waiver, he couldn't charge anything and he was clearly miffed. We are loyal customers and this technical overreach by this counter agent left a bad taste in my mouth. He seemed slightly racist and misogynistic. IMHO. Do not underestimate your customer base and do not abuse their trust. I recommend this site, but not this man.
