DEMETRIS DThis is the second time i’ve tried renting from the location 264 Livingston street in Northvale NJ which is an Exxon Station the 1st time your systems were down and it cost me several hundred dollars in expenses. Between using the ap and phoning I got nowhere as this location although they have trucks isn’t on your ap after several phone calls and links u-haul.com shared I was almost able to but couldn’t fill in my DOB , so I had to use the norwood location , this really should be addressed and i’d like an answer why this happened
