CODY AMake sure that all rental equipment reserved such as hand trucks, furniture dolly, etc are on the truck at time of pickup.
Mark JI rented the uhaul and my son dropped it off on Sunday at the wrong location. We were charged for two extra days, wrong location fee. I will Never recommend rental from your location unless our funds can be refunded. This is broad day stealing. I agree we make a mistake but to pay over $300 in times like this?
