Truck was dirty from last time used but other than that it was clean. A little over the top about parking at the facility. I received a call right after I picked up the vehicle and it was my wife’s car who dropped me off. Overall good experience the gentleman that checked me in and out was nice.
DARIN AEmployees were extremely helpful and friendly. Explained the rental process and carefully reviewed the rental agreement with us. Van was in good shape.

PAMELA WUhaul app is slow and often times unreliable. During bad weather it shuts down completely, and it took us over 30 minutes to check out the truck. But even in good weather the app does not perform well
