My problem was with the labor I hired through you. The people in the office were nice but they couldnt do anything to help. Labor arrived at 8pm while I waited since 2pm. They loaded and wenr home. Only 1 person came the following morning and I worked with him to unload. He asked for $20 gas cash and he demanded 2 hours worth of labor. I called u haul for help but no help was provided and hour wait to speak with labor extension. Nightmare move!

Super nice
KURT BEquipment was very dirty inside & out, low tire pressure gage flashed for 2 tires.
STEPHANIE DRear mirror on passenger side would only face the ground. Tires did not hold air. Help line was useless.
KAREN EOur driver said he could not insert the keys into the drop box when he went to return the moving van. He left a note specifying where he put the keys.
