Quick and easy service, truck ready. However, I hit traffic and was 15 ninutes late. That cancelled my reservation, and if someone else got the truck it wouldn’t be good. No straps in the truck either. These should come with every truck.

The limited parking for returns left no room to leave the truck. After calling customer service for assistance the only advice was to try and park it anyway or come back another day.
Zac SThe u haul app had some issues at check in, I loaded all the pics and it would not accept , it kept saying need to upload at least on pic?? Any time I spoke to a rep from century storage the service was outstanding !
