The individuals at this location were very helpful This was not the place that I was scheduled to drop off at. The original place was closed. I called customer service as the app would not let me hit the button to leave it at my assigned drop off Called customer service and I had an extremely rude employee that hung up on me. I had to call back 3 x’s to find someone that could help me. This individual told me the site was not accepting drop offs. So why was I scheduled to drop it to that facility? Seems to be a super unorganized! It was very frustrating to pick up and to drop off The customer service rep sent me to the Grand River location and I was told they were not taking drop offs. I explained to them the run around and they did take the truck The picking up and dropping off was a nightmare A simple task took 1.5 hour or my time

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location itself was fine the U-Haul app needs some work. The whole picture taking process at the beginning just to get the keys is absolutely ridiculous. You had to hit the back button every time you took a picture and it was frustrating.
