The truck was open upon arrival and some debris from outside had gotten in. I do not blame the location for this matter. The employee that assisted me was very helped both in person and over the phone!

My problem was with the labor I hired through you. The people in the office were nice but they couldnt do anything to help. Labor arrived at 8pm while I waited since 2pm. They loaded and wenr home. Only 1 person came the following morning and I worked with him to unload. He asked for $20 gas cash and he demanded 2 hours worth of labor. I called u haul for help but no help was provided and hour wait to speak with labor extension. Nightmare move!

KURT BEquipment was very dirty inside & out, low tire pressure gage flashed for 2 tires.
STEPHANIE DRear mirror on passenger side would only face the ground. Tires did not hold air. Help line was useless.
