I was told to put the key in the slot even though someone was there. Nobody ever even walked around the truck to inspect it when I returned. I also would have told her I picked it up with half a tank of gas, I never got the opportunity to because she just yelled from inside to throw the key in the slot.

Leanne was unprofessional, unhelpful, and condescending. I was having issues with my move and admittedly was 1 hour late on my return, but she threatened to call the police and report the van stolen. Absolutely shameful customer service and no one with her attitude should be in a customer facing position.
Chris LHad requested a 2-wheeler dolly a month prior to PU but had to settle for an appliance dolly. Not optimal for my needs.
