Had requested a 2-wheeler dolly a month prior to PU but had to settle for an appliance dolly. Not optimal for my needs.

Chris FThe Uhaul itself smelled of stale cigarettes. Air freshener was needed. But beyond that, vehicle was good. Uhaul could improve their online check-in and return system. The app consistently freezes or malfunctions. The app is a waste of time and since it does really register to to the Uhaul facility, it is useless.
