This lady at the pickup location went out of her way to make sure I had and understood everything I needed! I can’t same the same for when I called the U-Haul help line (Carol) about my issues with them changing my pickup location twice without clarification. I’d be happy to talk through the situation. If it wasn’t for the lady at the pickup location I would’ve canceled my reservation.
