Not sure why I was charged wrong drop off location fee as this was arranged at time of pickup.
SUSANNE BCalled the number every 15 minutes from 7am to 8:30am as I was informed previous day at 11am they would hold the trailer for me and I wanted to be sure it was there yet no answer. Finally just drove hour and a half there to learn he was too busy to answer phone so didn't. Wow. Yes, trailer was there. Waited over 1 hour for the nice young man to finally release the trailer to me. He really was busy I understand, still....
HEENA DHorrible pick up, took a hour to rent the truck and trailer he knew nothing about the equipment.
DOUGLAS CWhen dropping off they said do via email and that was it. Their fuel customers were priority and the U-Haul seemed to be an inconvenience.
