The returm process was utterly confusing! We scanned the qr code and got to a page that said "make sure you take these steps" and then it said "thank you!" We thought we were done, locked the doors, and put the keys in the lockbox and drove away; that was at approximately 2:30 pm. A few hours later, i got a text asking when i intended to return the truck!!! I went back to the parked, physically returned truck and had to start the process over. It then confirmed my location, asked for pictures, the odometer reading, etc. And this time it took longer, of course. So i had to take a photo of the dashboard standing from outside since the teyck was already locked. Finally, it confirmed the 'return'. Very, very confusing. Imagine my complete and utter shock and dismay when i saw that text asking when i planned to return the truck! 😳😲😧😱

Daniel TI recieved a fuel charge for a truck that was practically on empty. Had to fuel it up before I left the parking lot.

Patricia RPersonnel was helpful when I had a hard time checking-out on the website. At first, the check-out link from the email didnt work. I had to manually create a user ID and password. Then...the website said I didnt exist(?). I re-applied for a profile using different info, but even though that was successful, the profile history said my check-out was complete... despite the fact that I never completed it. I involved the woman at the front desk of the gas station/grocery store, who was extremely helpful. Couldn't have done it without her! Uhaul needs to work out the kinks on their website for sure. No comments for the destination location, other than THANK YOU!
