The Uhaul Web App was taking a long time to process return pictures even after three attempts. Ultimately, they downloaded but geeze what a fiasco when we had already returned the keys in drop box.
Anthony CThey did not turn in my information to u haul and I was accused of not turning the trailer I rented in. I had to email pictures that I had taken to U-Haul to prove that I dropped the trailer off. Keep in mind this was 2 weeks after I dropped it off. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Michael CBetter communication from U-Haul. Had to call u-haul multiple times for them to confirm the location in order for me to pick up and drop off U-Haul. This reservation would have been absolutely horrible if the service on the phone wasn’t so helpful. They resolved all my issues and understood everything within a short amount of time, but calling in the first place was inconvenient when everything was supposed to be easily self serve online.
