Better communication from U-Haul. Had to call u-haul multiple times for them to confirm the location in order for me to pick up and drop off U-Haul. This reservation would have been absolutely horrible if the service on the phone wasn’t so helpful. They resolved all my issues and understood everything within a short amount of time, but calling in the first place was inconvenient when everything was supposed to be easily self serve online.
