The neighborhood there was a little rough but the staff there was beyond welcoming! The location was closed Sunday, but he called us to let us know we could return it that day. When my ride didn't show up quickly enough he offered me a ride. I declined, but I appreciated the offer. Just a great experience all around!

Very easy in and out there service is excellent and very convenient to Berkeley ,north Oakland and Emeryville very nice truck almost new less thousand miles the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Tasha MLocation was closed 30-min before their listed closing time, so I had to incur additional mileage and return the next day to return the UHaul.
MALAY KThe person at this location did not mention a single word about the after-hours service charge at checkout when we talked about a possibility of dropping the truck a little later. At that time, he even advised not to park the truck overnight and bring it to the place. When I called after I got the receipt, he only said it is on the contract which people don't pay much attention to. But it has no opening hours which I think should have on it. It is nothing but ripping off customers with a planned pitfall. To make it worse, the separate doc he sent me has on how to avoid the after-hours fee. The other thing is that the company changed my reservation to this place from the original place without contacting me. I really feel bad this time. I won't use this company ever again.
