KATHLEEN MI originally requested a different location closer to my home, but U-Haul moved my rental to this location. They said the truck would be available at 8am and that I could pick up the truck even though the location did not open until 9am. But when I arrived, there was no way to access the truck, and when I called they said I needed to wait until the location opened at 9am. Customers need to be aware that the trucks are not available until the location opens, even if it is "TruckShare24/7". Pick up was easy once the location opened. The truck was in good condition. Return was difficult. The location was closed at 3:30pm, even though it was supposed to still be open until 4pm. There was no where to park the truck because all the other people returning U-Haul vans and trucks. Please make it easier to return trucks.
Robert NThe attendant told me they close at 4pm but when I tried returning the van around 3:30 pm, they had already closed.
