CHRISTOPHER MHorrible experience. We "reserved" our 26 foot truck a week in advance, paid in full ahead of time, only to get a call at the scheduled pick up time and get told that our truck had been rented out to someone else. What is the point of making a reservation if Uhaul is just going to rent it out to someone else?!? This was very inconvenient as we were coming from out of town, 4 hours away, with a very tight schedule to complete our move, and the idiots at Uhaul completely screwed over our move my renting out our "reserved" truck to someone else. There were no other 26 footers available and they told us the best they could do was a 20 footer, 20 miles away from our scheduled pick up location. The 20 footer ended up being too small and now we have to make a completely separate trip to pick up the rest of our items. I don't understand how you can conduct business like this. Waste of time, waste of money, and a huge inconvenience. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone looking to rent a truck. Y'ALL CAN SUCK IT
Lucas LMy truck was a bit old with 140,000 miles and the gears were difficult to engage a times, but the truck was clean and the rental place people were helpful and friendly. Would definitely use this location again.
