Siena TLocation was closed (as per published hours) but we were directed to dropoff anyway. Parked on the street and dropped key in lockbox. Very rough area with homeless camp right there. Not a place I would choose to use in the future.
daniel rI retrieved the van around noon. I let the person in charge know that I would return it well before closing time, which he vouched was 5:30 p.m. I returned around 2:30 p.m., well before the closing time. Lo and behold, the gates were locked. So, I had to go through the automated return hassle. Lots of pictures had to be taken. A functioning smart cell phone (must everybody have one with a functioning camera?). It took me and my more technologically savvy partner close to 30 minutes to do the job that the attendant should have done in 5 minutes. Very frustrating. I would not have been able to do it all on my own. So it's a good thing I had a young tech-savvy person with me. I will not always have one. And I suppose many other folks, particular older ones, who are not tech-inclined may need to rent and return a U-Haul truck too. Have you considered accommodating those folks too?
