I'm from Massachusetts and was on vacation when I bought something from Ikea and it didn't fit in my vehicle so I googled this Uhaul location and was able to rent a truck to get my daughter her bed. Thank you for your great customer service even on short notice!!!

I had a poor experience with UHaul the company, not this particular location. I received four emails from Uhaul regarding my rental (including two emails urging me to leave a review) but never a final receipt for my rental. Why is that? Why do I have to jump through hoops to get a receipt? I have to go to the website to get a receipt and when I finally get it it's so low resolution I can't even print it?

The fan smelled horrible. I had to drive with the windows down most of the time because of the odor. There was a huge cobweb on the passenger side, INSIDE! Incredibly dusty and the floor was filthy.

When I came to claim my reservation I was informed that the larger dolly I had ordered online was not available. I used a smaller dolly instead, but I should have been notified ahead of time that my reservation would not be completed as I had ordered it.

Attendant does not answer phone. Additionally, the gate was locked in the middle of a business day, and I had to wait 15 mins for him to come back.

1. I was not informed of a different pick-up location. I booked at another but they changed my order without telling me. 2. The location did NOT have the equipment I reserved. They had to give me a different piece of equipment that was less helpful. 3. We never got the furniture pads that were supposed to be in the van.

I reserved online with my credit card. And I have an account. They made me try 2 different credit cards AND my phone, even though they knew the problem was on their end. 20 minutes of standing around calling my credit card company, trying to log in and pay on my phone. Ultimately, they handed me the keys and must have worked it out while I was gone. They could have done that from the beginning. My credit card information was on the online reservation. When I returned the vehicle, I waited inside for 10 minutes. No one there. Finally my ride came to pick me up. The owner/manager was sitting in his card outside. He had to see me pull in and go inside. They car was right outside the building door. And all of this I might be more accepting of if they were nice or even the least bit friendly. Hardly looked at me, didn't apologize for they problems or delays, didn't ask if everything was ok with the van...Great van, perfect for what I needed. Clean, drove well. TERRIBLE service.

I was contacted by UHAUL 1.5 hours before my reservation had started to let me know there is no rental car on the reserved location. I had to reschedule for later in the day in another location, which was 4 miles away from the original location. This not only had an effect on my schedule for the day, but also I had to pay the extra $$ to travel to the new location and back. The LEAST the UHAUL could do would be to give me some kind of credit, at least for the mileage. Not happy with this experience. My rating is for the overall rental experience, not the location, which was fine.

The cab and the truck bed reeked of manure. I informed the manager/supervisor and he agreed but that was the only truck they had. No discount was offered.

I made a reservation for 8 am. After making the reservation, it said that I would be able to get to my reserved vehicle with a mobile device. I get to the location at 8 and the gates are locked, with no way of getting access to the vehicle. I had to be somewhere, so I just left. I called the customer service line, and they changed my reservation to a few hours later. But they also told me they didn't have the truck I reserved. So at this point they let me reserve a truck that the location didn't have, and for a time when it wasn't even open. When I go back, I tell the guy what happened, and he says that I just have to call customer service. He says he is just open from 9-5. I tell him I need the truck until 5, maybe later, and ask if there is a way to drop off after hours. The guy tells me that there isn't. So I move what I need to move, and rush back to make it back before 5. I get there at 445, and the gates are locked already, with two other guys there who say they have been waiting there since 4 (both of them were trying to return their trucks). Since the guy told me, previously, that I couldn't return the truck after hours, I don't know what to do. I call the customer service line, and they tell me that I can just leave the truck there and put the keys in the drop box. So I leave the truck on the street and put the keys in the box. Hopefully I don't get charged anything for parking it in a street spot. I would definitely not recommend this location.
