I was charged an insurance fee even though I had waived the insurance. While the employee did give me a cash refund for the overcharge, it was still an inconvenience that shouldn’t have happened. Additionally, I was initially given the wrong car key, which caused further confusion. Overall, the issues were resolved, but the experience could have been much smoother

Evans RWe have rented cargo trailers about 3 times from this facility. The prices and availability are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will use it again.
JON SThe location is in a very run down neighborhood and not clearly labeled with proper signage. When we drove in it was unclear where to park. The rep was condescending and made us feel stupid that we didn't know where to go. The rep was sitting in a truck in the parking lot so it was confusing and we initially didn't realize he worked there. The "office" is a run down shed with no internet service so it was difficult to complete the rental transaction.
