Showed up 15 minutes after my appointment time and nobody was there (door locked). Drove down the street to another Uhaul location and called the listed number. Attendant was getting food, met me back at the location. He was unapologetic and condescending. At the scheduled drop-off time I again found a locked door and had to call.
Ryan S.It is in the parking spot of a gas station. There is not U-haul personnel there. I called the U-haul phone number to let them know I had arrived at the pre agreed location and they were rude.
