I have rented from the location not because I like it because its literally 3 mins from my home. The customer service there sucks and do not need to carry the Uhaul name.
ANNIE HMake sure the telephone lines are working to receive customers calls to reserve or inquire about U-Haul services, without having to go to the physical location.
MARY AWe paid for the truck rental when we got it in Georgia. A week after I dropped it off in Florida we got an additional bill for over $300. I tried calling the drop off location, no answer. I called the national number, and Susanne was outstanding. She found out they listed the truck being returned several days after I actually returned it. Fortunately, I had proof of the day I returned it. Before the day was over we got a refund. I don't know if the people at the drop off location were incompetent or criminal. I will use Uhaul again, but I will never drop off at this place again.
MICHAEL PThe clerk was very unprofessional. I will never use this location ever again. It was a bad experience overall.
