Within 30 mins of pickup tire/wheel alert came on dashboard. Roadside assist discovered that a tire change needed to be done. This process cost a 2 day delay. We were promised full refund for many inconveniences; time and money lost, but now have to fight for it, creating more loss of time. 9542968234.

Equipment was dirty, so was the inside of the truck, had put $30 worth of gas after in the truck after only using 34 miles and the tank wasn't filled. This uhaul location is a scam. Didn't even have the equipment i ordered online. WORSE experience. Save your money and go to any other location for Uhaul
