We arrived and was immediately greeted by Brian. Welcomed us into the facility to go over all the paperwork then brought us to the truck. Reviewed everything about the truck and answered any questions we had. He is personable, courteous and professional yet friendly. We highly recommend this U-Haul facility.

KEVIN KThe employee who checked me in for my rental was incredibly rude. I had an emergency that caused me to be late for my pick up, for which I apologized multiple times. However, the employee snapped at me for being late and scolded me for arriving so close to closing time. I was aware of my errors and expressed my regret to him. He completely disregarded me, then threw a tantrum when his computer wasn't working. I understand that I may have inconvenienced him, but that did not warrant the unprofessional treatment. I, too, must deal with customers in my line of business, so I understand the frustrations involved. But customer service is of utmost importance. He could have expressed his frustration more professionally. Good customer service fosters customer loyalty. I can assure you that I will not return to this location.
