The gentleman was very abrupt. Having already had my fill of nonsense surrounding my uhaul experience, I had a very low tolerance for his attitude. I have actually given this a couple weeks to calm down before I responded to the survey. This is me calmed down - if that gives you an indication of how livid I was

Personnel were very nice both location was not where we reserved. Not related to pickup location but very disappointed that we had reserved U-boxes for our move and were told two days before scheduled delivery that they had rescheduled our delivery and pickup at times that were unacceptable (delivery to our new location would have been after we were expecting company). We had to rearrange at significant inconvenience and expense.
Darrell KWorst experience ever. I often use U-Haul and and always pleased. I haven’t experienced someone or a location so bad from a business in years. He and the location should be dropped from U-Haul. It is a terrible representation of the company. I could write an entire page of things few would believe, but sadly they really happened; including his pit bull dog that kept trying to get at us. UNBELIEVABLY BAD
