Worst experience ever. I often use U-Haul and and always pleased. I haven’t experienced someone or a location so bad from a business in years. He and the location should be dropped from U-Haul. It is a terrible representation of the company. I could write an entire page of things few would believe, but sadly they really happened; including his pit bull dog that kept trying to get at us. UNBELIEVABLY BAD

FABIO CWasn't prepared with the key, unclear where to go up on arrival, took 45 minutes to pick it up while we stood confused, waiting for them to figure out the code to where the key was while a dog ran all around and neighbors were popping in. Dark, not-so-clean office for pickup.
