I would never rent again. I went about 20 miles and they tried to charge me 126 miles. And the rep name Jeff for the LaSalle county area needs to be fired for how rude he was

David HStaff over charged me and documented the gas on check in and out incorrectly. They also charged me for an extra day when on the check out receipt they said it was due at 1200 the next day. Grateful for Jeff Shutt who took care of this matter.
