This person was so nasty. I couldn’t believe it. I’ll still stay with U-Haul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off the trailer on the same day it was picked up. I then called customer service to let them know it had been dropped off. I then received an email two days later saying that it needed to be returned.
elijah wSent me to an alternate lot, VERY HARD to hook up by myself. Had to wait every time a customer of store came in, I was put on the back burner.
David SI used the tow dolly for less than 1 hour and had to pay $54 dollars and that was way too much! You need to go back to hourly rent like it was before! I won’t rent one again, not for that price! WAY OVERPRICED!!!
Peggy JHad to pick up at different location
