Looked very unprofessional, poor parking, dimly lit; as a woman, would not have been comfortable there without my fiance. The man at the counter was professional but that was the only good thing about it. We were told we could pick it up at 6:00am (one hour before our scheduled time) by the woman who confirmed the reservation the day before. We were also told we would be able to use our phone for mobile order and we were not. We had to call the assistance line and they said we would not be able to and to go inside. Luckily, the establishment was open at the time and we could go inside.
