Fantastic service compared to the experience we had with the reservation agents and other location (Norman North) which was so poor, we canceled that reservation and rebooked with Bricktown. The staff there loves their work and are customer focused. We think they are the best we've used, and have used UHaul A LOT the past 6 years with college aged children!

Service was very good, only thing to improve is the parking there.

Had a great experience with this location. Moving is stressful. At least getting the UHaul truck was not. You will have to wind your way (due to construction) through downtown OKC in a gigantic truck to get back to the highway though.

My trailer was not hooked up properly. It kept swaying back and forth real bad. I had to pull over and get assistance. I eventually called roadside assistance but was told there would be a minimum 2 hr wait and I had to stay put. I had my kids and a dog with me. I called uhaul in Tonkawa, OK. Even thou the location was closed, a gentleman named Vincent agreed to meet me at a truck stop and correctly hitch the trailer. He followed me about 7 miles to make sure I was ok. The trailer would still away if I went above 45 miles per hour. What should have been a 14 hr trip from Midwest City, OK to Chisholm, MN ended up taking me over 21 hrs to drive (24 1/2 hours including a 3 hr break). It was clearly a trip from hell and I am very dissatisfied with uhaul.

Had to go back a 2nd time because it was utter chaos at 9:30 a.m. When I went back at 11:15 l was the only customer there but it took 25 minutes to get the vehicle. They kept having problems because none of the vehicles were checked in.

trailer was full of shipping blankets, half the tail lights were out and it looked like a homeless person had been sleeping in it. counter person was rude, insisted on selling me the insurance that I didn't want, then charged me for the insurance anyways. called to have the bill fixed and was told it'll be fixed then was hung up on and nothing was done about it then was charged for a second day even though the trailer was returned the same night. I will never rent from this location again nor would I ever recommend anyone from ever renting from this location.

Very long wait to return. 30 minutes in someone's asked if I was returning and told me to leave the key and they would mail receipt

The vehicle had less than 5000 miles and the windshield was so bug encrusted I couldn't clean it and I tried twice. The whole front of the vehicle looked like it drove through one of Moses' plagues.

The man who set us up with a truck didn't apply accurate information to our trip, which resulted in us having to pay for extra mileage. He knew we had to drive from Enid, OK to OKC to rent a Uhaul because of the high demand of Memorial day weekend but when calculating the mile limit he didn't take into consideration that we had to drive back to Enid to load the truck then drive to our destination. I think the staff should undergo better training to not have these problems in the future.

Just a great place from top to bottom and everywhere in between!

The staff were very nice and helpful. One of the good things about using Uhaul is that they connect the trailer to your vehicle for you. I went to Uhaul on Northwest Expressway first. They did not have the equipment that I needed but helped my by finding a location that did. That effort alone saved my time and money! Indirecly it also helped others as my need was of a car transporter to pick up a stranded vehicle of a family friend. Thanks you guys for all of your help!

Very pleasant and helpful. The staff explained to me how the first store had mistreated me and offered me ways to fix it. They greeted me with a smile and offered me water when I was waiting. If I do choose to use UHaul again, I could only wish that it was with these guys. 10/10. They deserve a raise.

There were 2 employees working, but only one was able to assist me with a trailer. He was already busy with another customer, so I had to wait there longer than it would've if everyone had been properly trained.
