The person that was affiliated with U-Haul was unavailable. The person that was running the Portable Buildings OKC business was as helpful as he could be but couldn't help me with any U-Haul related business. He called somebody that could help me and after a couple of times calling the U-Haul clerk I was ready to hook up my trailer and go. The Portable Buildings OKC office worker helped me hook up the trailer and even changed out the broken plug so that the lights would work properly.
