If a customer is renting a truck to move from Tampa to WPB which is a 4 1/2 hour trip, why would you give a customer a truck with over 100k miles and mechanical issues. There is a huge vibration coming from somewhere making the entire trip stressful and frustrating thinking that at any time we were going to be stranded in the middle of nowhere! Not good at all.
