There was no assistance attaching or disconnecting the trailer. The owner was very busy with his other duties. Cooking breakfast sandwich for customer. Taking care of gas customers. Ringing out convienceuh store customers. He had an assistant but it was just to much.

ELIZABETH OIf a customer is renting a truck to move from Tampa to WPB which is a 4 1/2 hour trip, why would you give a customer a truck with over 100k miles and mechanical issues. There is a huge vibration coming from somewhere making the entire trip stressful and frustrating thinking that at any time we were going to be stranded in the middle of nowhere! Not good at all.
