The only thing that went wrong the trailer come unhooked as I was putting the car on it thats the only thing bad

Dropped off after hours at this location. There wasn’t any personal around because they were closed, but everything was well marked and easy to find.
Kristen PI asked for a van- called the week before and got a terribly riding truck. Way too big for a 73 year old to handle.
LINDA MI rented a 9' cargo van with extended milage knowing this was the best equipment and price and chose this location specifically because they could get this specific vehicle. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle I got a 15' truck meaning I had to pay for the extra milage (I could have switched to one way rental or a location closer to my home if I known the vehicle I reserved was not available. With this larger vehicle I also was not able to park close to the apartment which added time and effort to the move.
