linda M.Generally, drop-off isn't a big deal. But my fiancée told me two days after drop-off that she had lost her headphones and maybe we should call them. Before I could look up their number, they called me to let me know that they had found her (very expensive) headphones in cab and held on to them until we were able to pick them up.
