Dropped off the truck at 9:30 PM on Saturday, July 4th, so there were no staff there. However, someone checked the truck before lunchtime on Sunday and processed it. Had our receipt and confirmation of mileage before we left Olean Sunday afternoon.

Was told on app to pick up by 4. Center only open until 12. When I did pick up there were all types of hidden charges not gone over at order time. Not a clean place either and the person I picked up trailer from had offensive body odor.
