No issues, just the drop. We did leave 6 blankets in the back. We are not sure, but we received no credit for this on our bill. We forgot to mention at the drop.

I'm order to improve your service the workers need to check the uhaul every time someone uses it which they did not. I got charged for the condition inside of the uhaul with no evidence that it was me that did anything. It was cleaner after I used it than when we received it. There was what looked like bleach marks on the Matt in the back of the uhaul and what looked like powedered sugar. I will not go through this company again as long as I don't get my money back.

Damage on passenger side of box was not noted. Broken cup holder was not noted. Claimed 7/16 tank of gas looked more like 3/8 and confirmed by fillup after pulling out: 57 gal tank took 35 gal to fill. U-haul system accepted pics of all this and no problems at drop off. Pick up otherwise smooth and friendly and open before stated time.

Tell people about the hitch back-orders. Also if this happens give us some type of discount and an option to get a different vehicle. The pick up site location didn't give and give us an option of a truck after the mixup.
