Was told on app to pick up by 4. Center only open until 12. When I did pick up there were all types of hidden charges not gone over at order time. Not a clean place either and the person I picked up trailer from had offensive body odor.

The worker told me to put it wherever I can find a spot (Parking area was completely full) and unhook it myself. No personality for customer service.
