The van was new, clean, and was easy to operate. Customer service was excellent picking up and dropping off the vehicle.

The rep was knowledgeable and efficient. Check-in was pretty smooth even though the link she sent me to take the photos did not work, I ended up taking a video of me walking around the truck in the parking lot in case anything happened to the truck. I understand the links expire, but it would not open until the rental had been turned in!
LORA JI picked it up after hours so not really sure about the location. The location I originally was supposed to get it from on Winchester gave mine away claiming their computer was down so they didn’t know it had been reserved several days in advance. They were helpful in contacting Leslie who found the one in Olive Branch. However I did not receive the $50 reservation guarantee for them not having my trailer or any kind of discount which is very disappointing considering their website promises it.
Stephen HPlease tell your customers that they will need to use the app to return the vehicle after hours AND go through the laborious process of checking in on the app (to avoid a $20 service charge) BEFORE returning the keys to the drop box. Of note, when I started driving, the trim on the bottom side of the passenger window started popping out of place, this was not evident while making my initial inspection.
