I was a little disappointed that the appliance dolly was not on the truck. I called the U-haul customer service number and spoke to someone who left a note for the owner. I asked her when would I hear from the owner and she stated that they would be at the storage facility soon. I asked if she could give me a time and she stated she could not. I didn't have time to wait for an unspecified amount of time because I had to move out of my house. I ended up renting an appliance dolly from Home Depot to save time. My initial reservation included an appliance dolly. There must be a glitch in the app or something because it wasn't on my confirmation email so no fault on U-haul's end. For whatever reason the appliance dolly didn't make it my final reservation on the app.
