Douglas BThe woman at Trainer Storage was helpful and made the pickup easy. Where I had a problem was dealing with customer service about the drop off location. First I had to call back twice before I actually spoke with someone. Then I was told the closest location was out of business when I clearly saw trucks parked there. Either your locations on the internet are not correct or someone needs to be retrained.
