I picked it up after hours so not really sure about the location. The location I originally was supposed to get it from on Winchester gave mine away claiming their computer was down so they didn’t know it had been reserved several days in advance. They were helpful in contacting Leslie who found the one in Olive Branch. However I did not receive the $50 reservation guarantee for them not having my trailer or any kind of discount which is very disappointing considering their website promises it.

Please tell your customers that they will need to use the app to return the vehicle after hours AND go through the laborious process of checking in on the app (to avoid a $20 service charge) BEFORE returning the keys to the drop box. Of note, when I started driving, the trim on the bottom side of the passenger window started popping out of place, this was not evident while making my initial inspection.
