It wasn't what id originally reserved but I was more than compensated, the truck and equipment were clean and comfortable. We got the job done in half the time, it was well worth the effort and money. I recommend Cutright Variety/ Uhaul for truck and trailer rental. It's definitely worth every penny and more.

Missing furniture pads that I had ordered, caused me to be late for my movers as I had to go buy moving blankets. They didn't even refund the full $24 for 2 dozen, instead the refunded $20. Location was closed during posted open hours. They didn't include the code for mobile pickup on the reservation so I had to call uhaul for that. Overall a very poor experience and made it to where their "special" to pickup at this location wasnt even worth the money saved. In fact by going to this location I ended up spending more. FYI Google maps takes you the wrong way off the interstate, would've been nice to know that. Uhaul's one way mileage was incorrect so I had to pay for miles out of pocket. Will not use this location again. To compensate me for my trouble, they issued a $30 refund.. as if that did anything. Still ended up in the negative by using this place. The manager didn't even call me to talk it over like uhaul mentioned.

Emma LLocation supposedly had business hours until 8 PM. Called prior to drop off and was told 5-6 PM someone would be there. Arrived at approximately 4:15 and no one there.
