No one was there to help me when I picked it up. When I called corporate to eventually get my truck, it was missing the dolly I ordered

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would have like the full service option. I didn’t appreciate it moving to self service when I requested I wanted to have help checking in and out. Overall grateful for the U-Haul and the help from dynasty movers, but not thrilled with the customer service aspect. Last minute changes to the u-haul I reserved and I was told I would be charged less due to the inconvenience, but that was not true.
Mason MGreatful for their help and assistance and the convenience. Thank u, sincerely!
Michelle MThere was NO personnel at this dropoff location on Saturday morning. The app mentioned an extra 10 minutes of driving to this location. It did NOT mention the extra 20 minutes of disconnecting and taking multiple photos of the trailer… I would suggest that U-Haul mention that customers should plan for an extra 30-40 minutes to drop off at this location.
denise dThey were amazing and made my moving process 100% easy and calm !!
